Dear guest, protection of our enviroment, sustainability and energy efficiency is very important for us. For that reason almost all our electric power is fed by renewable energy. Modern PV-technology together with BHKW power plants ensure power and heat ecofriendly. Energysaving technology, like LED-illumination, motion sensors and complex heat insulation is also part of this concept. We do not only care about our enviroment but also about the health of our guests. Therefore is our whole building a smoke-free zone. Espacially arranged areas outside (infront of the nightentrance and on the terrace) provide the possibility to smoke. Our apartments are equipped with comfy benches for our smoking guests. Please notice : The building is equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking inside the hotel will cause an alarm and instant evacuation of the building. It will also automatically call the fire department.
